- Where do your rats come from? A: My Rats are lines of Phoenix Gate Rattery, also Located here in ATL GA. The lines i am working with are over 8 years old and the same base lines of 2 other breeders here in GA and FL.
- Do you have a regular vet that you see? A: Yes i have a vet that i visit in Marietta Ga and am willing to give any adopters in the vicinity his name and number.
- At what ages do you begin breeding? A:This Question has many answers but the main answer is this. Each individual rat and line matures at their own rate. The very earliest i will breed is 4 months and only on very mature rats for their ages. Oldest i breed would be 15 months, although this would be Extremely rare.
- What Qualities do you breed for? A: This line has been around for a long time so temperament is not problem but i do choose the best personalities that compliment each other. I like my Boys to be big and my girls lean. I breed for the best health possible.
- Can i contact you with any problems even if the rats are not from you? A: Yes Please do! i will help in any way I can and if I cant I will point you in the right direction.
- What happens if the rats not the right fit with my rats or family? A: there is a 28 day trial period.

- When picking up Ratties where are we likely to meet? A: Most times I meet with adopters it will be at a shopping center across from my home or in a very close parking lot.
- Why do you not allow people into your home? A: There are many viruses and diseases airborne that can spread rapidly through a colony. If someone has been around ANY other rats weather at home or in a pet store there is always a risk. This is why i meet at a near by location.
- What is really the difference between males and females? A: Well Males are more laid back and content with shoulder surfing or sitting close to you when out and about in most cases. Females are a bit more active and energetic. both are great but the main reason people dont have males are the goolies but rats can be neutered and spayed.
